If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your products, up to 45 days from the date of your purchase, Wise Remedies will refund your full purchase price of any product less shipping costs and payment processing fees (if applicable). For refunds:

• use our contact form below; detail your order number and the item you’d like to return
• send the item back to Wise Remedies (address provided via email response to above)
• a refund will be sent by mail to you within 3 days of receiving your returned herbal or skin product (opened, used, consumed; basically any state of use).
• our guarantee of satisfaction is honor based, thus the return of the remaining herbal or skin product is required for a refund
• all Bio-Vortex returns must be received in original condition and with all accessories (damaged, altered or BV’s missing accessories will not be refunded)
• future sales will not be accepted from purchasers identified as abusing our return policy

Exchange | Replace

We happily replace items if they arrive damaged or if an item has been sent in error. WR will cover the return shipping costs (if needed).
