INGREDIENTS: certified organic valerian root, non-GMO vodka crafted to remove gluten.

DIRECTIONS: To induce sleep: 25 (1/2 dropper) - 40 (3/4 dropper) drops under tongue 20 minutes before bed. To reduce stress, depression, anxiety: 15 (1/3 dropper) - 40 drops as needed up to 4 times per day. Hold drops under tongue for 30-60 seconds for maximum benefit & immediate entry into bloodstream. Alternatively, but less effective, tincture can be diluted in water and then consumed.
